The Bulk Herbs Discount

At some point, in the process of buying supplies to do spiritual work, it occurs to you that you need a distributor’s discount or something like it—I have a work coming up that needs some herbs which grow in the Caribbean, which is… nowhere near me. In lieu of trying to grow them myself, in a shared house with no particular climate control and little space, I’m buying them dried. For now.

I sat and systematically listed what I need for various works, and I either need to get smoochy with the owner of a good botanica or I need to seek some sort of bulk discount.

For your edification: if I’m doin’ spiritual work for you (not magic—the distinction is what you asked me to do versus what the spirits did), believe me, I’ve been to a lot of stores in the process. I end up driving all over Philly looking for places, and I started out with a hefty herb collection for various cough reasons.

I’m gonna need a greenhouse at some point. Fingers crossed.
